Naučno-nastavno vijeće Pravnog fakulteta donijelo je odluku da 25. oktobra 2025. godine, sa suorganizatorima priredi i održi XIV Naučni skup povodom Dana Pravnog fakulteta, na opštu temu „Pravo: uzrok ili posljedica“.

Suorganizatori XIV Naučnog skupa povodom Dana Pravnog fakulteta su Međunarodni savez pravnika (Международный союз юристов) sa sjedištem u Moskvi, Evropska organizacija za javno pravo (European Public Law Organization) sa sjedištem u Atini i Institut za uporedno pravo sa sjedištem u Beogradu. Rukovodioci ovih udruženja i instituta članovi su Naučnog odbora skupa, a saopštavaju i svoje referate na skupu.

Naučni skup koji organizujemo klasifikovan je i kategorisan od strane Ministarstva za naučnotehnološki razvoj i visoko obrazovanje Republike Srpske kao međunarodni naučni skup od posebnog značaja prve kategorije. Naš skup jedan je od tri najbolje rangirana u državi u svim naučnim oblastima, i prvi u oblasti društveno-humanističkih nauka.

Prema broju autora, država iz kojih dolaze, broju referata, kao i broju i značaju suorganizatora, Naučni skup povodom Dana Pravnog fakulteta u 2024. godini bio je najveći naučni skup u oblasti prava koji je održan na tlu cijele Evrope. Na prethodnih 13 naučnih skupova, saopšteno je skoro 1150 autorskih i koautorskih radova naučnih poslenika iz četrdesetak država sa pet kontinenta (Evropa, Azija, Sjeverna Amerika, Južna Amerika i Afrika)

Nakon održavanja skupova, Pravni fakultet objavljuje zbornike radova. U pripremi je objavljivanje zbornika radova sa prošlogodišnjeg naučnog skupa.

Koncepcija naučnog skupa je takva da referenti mogu samostalno odrediti temu u okviru opšte teme. Na naučnom skupu učestvuju samo referenti po pozivu, kojima ćemo uskoro poslati zvanične pozive.

XIV Scientific conference on the occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Law

Education and Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law decided to organize, jointly with the co-organizers, XIV Scientific conference on the occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Law, on the comprehensive theme “Law: cause or effect“, which will be held on 25. October 2025 in Pale.“ .

Co-organizers of the scientific conference are the European Public Law Organization, the International Union of Lawyers, and the Institute for Comparative Law. Directors and managers of these institutions who sit on the Conference Scientific Board also present their papers at the Conference.

Scientific Conference on the Occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Law has been classified by the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska as an international conference of special significance of the first category. Our scientific Conference is one of the top three highest-classified conferences in the country in all legal fields and the top one in the field of social sciences and humanities.

In terms of the number of authors, countries they come from, number of papers and number and reputation of the co-organizers, the Scientific Conference on the Occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Law is the largest legal conference held in 2024 in the Europe. The thirteen conferences held thus far yielded almost 1150 academic papers authored and co-authored by legal scholars from around forty countries from four continents (Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Africa).

Each Scientific conference is followed by publication of conference proceedings. Publication of last year conference proceedings is underway.

The concept of the Conference allows participants to define topic of their presentation within the scope of a rather broad theme. The Conference is invitation-only scientific gathering and participants will soon be sent call for paper.
