EPLO is seeking to recruit an Officer for its Brčko Regional Office.
The Officer will be administratively and scientifically responsible for the Office.
Core functions and responsibilities (indicatively) :
- Assisting the Office in its mission and activities;
- Preparing, organizing, and reporting on all project activities of the Office, as well as events, workshops, trainings, academic teaching and regional consultations, etc;
- Assisting in the implementation of academic and training activities and events of the Office;
- Conducting research, desk reviews and liaise with external experts and consultants to draft, co-develop, review, and finalize all research and policy outputs on topics related to the activities of the Office;
- Conducting the daily administrative management of the Office;
Required qualifications:
- Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Political Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Public Management/Administration International Relations;
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of the Serbian, Croatian or Slovenian language will be appreciated;
- Working experience in scientific and administrative work in an international and diverse environment will be appreciated;
The Officer will be a staff member of the EPLO (www1.eplo.int) and therefore an international civil servant.
