Dear CEPEJ experts,

We are pleased to inform you that the 2d edition of the "Junior Crystal Scales of Justice" Prize - Edition 2022, jointly organised by the CEPEJ and the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg, has been launched.

This Prize complement the existing Crystal Scales Justice Prize and is open to students preparing a Master degree (first or second year) in a Law Faculty of one of the member States of the Council of Europe or of an observer State to the CEPEJ. This Prize is organized every two years, alternating with the existing Crystal Scales Justice Prize.

For this 2022 edition, the participating teams of students will have to defend one of the awarded projects of the 2021 Crystal Scales Justice Prize. Namely, through legal analysis and research, they will have to pinpoint the innovative aspects of the assigned project and study its possible transposition into another context or another State (See rules and poster attached).

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer du lancement de la 2ème édition du prix « Balance de Cristal Junior » - Edition 2022, organisé conjointement par la CEPEJ et la Faculté de Droit de Strasbourg.

Ce prix qui vient compléter le Prix Balance de Cristal existant est ouvert aux étudiants en Master 1 et Master 2 des Facultés de droit d'un des pays membres du Conseil de l'Europe ou d'un pays observateurs auprès de la CEPEJ. Ce Prix est organisé tous les deux ans, en alternance avec le Prix Balance de Cristal existant.

Pour cette édition 2022, les équipes d'étudiants inscrits devront défendre l'un des projets lauréats du Prix Balance de Cristal 2021. Ils devront notamment, par une analyse juridique et un travail de recherche, mettre en avant les aspects innovants du projet et étudier son éventuelle transposition dans un autre contexte ou un autre pays.
