He was born on January 25, 1997, in Bijeljina. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of East Sarajevo on June 27, 2019, with the grade point average of 10/10. During his studies, he was awarded as the best student of the second, third, and fourth years, and in May 2019, the University of East Sarajevo awarded him a plaquette for exceptional success achieved during his studies. He won the Award “Bogdan Loza” as the best student of his generation.

He completed his master's studies on September 30, 2020, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade (legal theory module), defending his master's thesis on the topic „Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as Formal Sources of Law.” He received his doctorate in December 2024 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, in the scientific field of theory of the state and law, sociology of law, and philosophy of law, defending his doctoral dissertation on the topic „Legal Reasoning and Judicial Activism - the Case of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

In October 2020, he participated in the scientific meeting “Challenges to the Legal System,” held in Pale, where he presented the paper “Hart's Understanding of the Relation Between Law and Morality in the Context of Legal Reasoning.” In December 2020, he participated in the Seventh Student Conference on the Theory and Philosophy of Law entitled “International Tribunals and the Rule of Law,” where he presented the paper “Justification of Constitutional Court Activism for Protection of Human Rights: The European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.” In April 2021, he participated in the First Seminar of Doctoral Students – PhD Colloquium. At the scientific conference organized by the Faculty of Law in Niš in April 2021, he presented the paper “Norm as an Exclusionary Reason for Action.” In September 2021, he participated in a scientific conference organized by the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad and presented the paper “Case Law of the Constitutional Court of Serbia from the Point of View of Barak's Theory on Objective Interpretation.” In October 2021, he participated in the scientific meeting “Contradictions of the Contemporary Law,” which was held in Pale, and presented the paper “Questioning the Tripartite Separation of Powers – Constitutional Courts as Fourth Branch of Government.” In November 2022, he participated in the scientific conference “Law Between Creation and Interpretation,” which was held in Pale, and presented the paper on the topic “Tasić's Theory on the Relationship Between State and Law as a Critique of Kelsen's Normativism.” In May 2023, he participated in the PhD Colloquim, ALF Session, International PhD Session. In October 2023, he participated in the scientific meeting “Legal Gaps and the Completeness of Law,” which was held in Pale, and presented the paper on the topic “European Court of Human Rights, European Convention on Human Rights and Constitution(alisation) of Europe.” In May 2024, he participated in the conference “Challenges and Perspectives of the Development of Legal Systems in the XXI Century” in Banja Luka, and presented the paper “The Protection of Health-Related Data in the European Court of Human Rights Case Law.” He presented the paper “Are Courts Actors of Political Activity? A Critical Analyze of Troper's Theory” in October 2024 during the scientific conference “Law Between Protection and Abuse” which was held in Pale. During April 2025, he participated in the conference “Challenges and Perspectives of the Development of Legal Systems in the XXI Century” in Banja Luka and presented paper “The Right to be Forgotten: a Challenge for Artificial Intelligence.” He presented the paper “Constitutional Court Protection of Human Dignity: (non-)legality of Argumentation” in April 2025 in the scientific conference “Law and Social Conflicts” which was held in Niš.

He participated in the project „ Zaštita načela ustavnosti i ljudskih prava u vanrednim okolnostima u praksi ustavnih sudova Srbije i Republike Srpske i Evropskog suda za ljudska prava” (Protection of the principles of constitutionality and human rights in extraordinary circumstances in the practice of the constitutional courts of Serbia and Republika Srpska and the European Court of Human Rights), and in the round table held on that occasion. He is currently a participant in the project „Reforma izbornog zakonodavstva u Bosni i Hercegovini: jačanje institucionalne legitimnosti” (Electoral Legislation Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Strengthening Institutional Legitimacy), and the project „Pripadnost i raspodela javnih prihoda i javnih primanja u okvirima sistema finansiranja jedinica lokalne samouprave u Republici Srbiji i Republici Srpskoj” (Belonging and distribution of public income and public income within the framework of the financing system of local self-government units in the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska).

Since November 2019, he has been employed as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of East Sarajevo. In February 2021, he was elected to the position of senior teaching assistant for the scientific field of Theory of the State and Law. In March 2025, he was elected to the position of assistant professor for the scientific field of Theory of the State and Law.

He is a member of the Association of Lawyers of the Republic of Srpska and an associate member of the Serbian Association for Legal and Social Philosophy from Belgrade.

He speaks English and German and understands Spanish.
