NAJVEĆI NAUČNI SKUP U OBLASTI PRAVA NA PROSTORU BIVŠE JUGOSLAVIJE

Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Istočnom Sarajevu priređuje X Naučni skup povodom Dana Pravnog fakulteta, koji će se održati 30. oktobra 2021. godine, na opštu temu „Protivrječja savremenog prava“. Skup bi trebalo da se održi u mješovitom modelu – dio učesnika će saopštiti referate uživo na Pravnom fakultetu u Istočnom Sarajevu, dok će dio učesnika govoriti onlajn putem Zum platforme.

Suorganizatori naučnog skupa su Međunarodni savez pravnika (Международный союз юристов), sa sjedištem u Moskvi, Evropska organizacija za javno pravo (European Public Law Organization), sa sjedištem u Atini, Institut za uporedno pravo, sa sjedištem u Beogradu, Institut za kriminološka i sociološka istraživanja, sa sjedištem u Beogradu, Srpsko fiskalno društvo (Ogranak za Srbiju Međunarodne fiskalne asocijacije / International Fiscal Association), sa sjedištem u Beogradu, i Srpsko udruženje za krivičnopravnu teoriju i praksu, sa sjedištem u Beogradu.

Za skup je prijavljeno 137 autora i koautora iz petnaest država (Rusija, Italija, Njemačka, Rumunija, Mađarska, Bugarska, Grčka, Austrija, Indija, Peru, Srbija, Sjeverna Makedonija, Hrvatska, Crna Gora i BiH sa autorima iz Republike Srpske i Federacije BiH) koji su poslali 118 referata i koji će radove saopštiti na ruskom, engleskom, italijanskom i srpskom jeziku. Ako uzmemo u obzir broj autora i broj prijavljenih referata, te broj država iz kojih autori dolaze kao i broj i značaj suorganizatora ovogodišnjeg skupa, jubilarni, X Naučni skup povodom Dana Pravnog fakulteta trebalo bi da bude najveći naučni skup u oblasti prava koji je održan u posljednjih godinu dana na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije, u konkurenciji više desetina pravničkih skupova koje organizuju ostali pravni fakulteti, instituti, vlade i ministarstva, pravosudne institucije, udruženja pravnika i dr.

Nadamo se da će ovogodišnji skup, budući da ispunjavamo sve pravilničke uslove, od nadležne komisije Ministarstva biti klasifikovan i kategorisan najvišom kategorijom – međunarodni naučni skup od posebnog značaja prve kategorije, što bi nas svrstalo na prvo mjesto u državi, koje bi dijelili sa još dva skupa, u konkurenciji svih naučnih skupova iz svih naučnih oblasti. Prema posljednjoj kategorizaciji i klasifikaciji, naš skup je vrednovan kao međunarodni naučni skup prve kategorije i najbolje je kategorisan i klasifikovan naučni skup koji se održava u oblasti društveno-humanističkih nauka.

THE LARGEST SCIENTIFIC LEGAL CONFERENCE IN THE FORMER YUGOSLAVIA REGION

The Faculty of Law of The University In East Sarajevo organizes The X Scientific conference on The occasion of The Day of The Faculty of Law, which will be held on 30 October 2021, on general topic “Controversies of The contemporary Law”. The planned hybrid model of the Conference implies both personal live participation of certain participants in the premises of the Faculty, and online participation for the participants that will not be present, via the Zoom platform.

The coorganizers of the Conference are International Union of Lawyers based in Moscow, Russian Federation (Международный союз юристов), European Public Law Organization based in Athens, Greece, Institute of Comparative Law (Институт за упоредно право) based in Belgrade, Serbia, Institute of Criminological & Sociological Research (Институт за криминолошка и социолошка истраживања) based in Belgrade, Serbia, Serbian Fiscal Society based in Belgrade, Serbia (Српско фискално друштво, national branch of International Fiscal Association), and Serbian Association for Criminal Law and Practice (Српско удружење за кривичноправну теориjу и праксу) based in Belgrade.

The Conference will gather 137 authors and coauthors from 15 countries (Russia, Italy, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, India, Peru, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina with authors from both Republic of Srpska and The Federation of B&H), with 118 scientific papers that will be presented in Russian, English, Italian and Serbian language. Considering the number of participants and registered articles, as well as the number of participants’ countries and the number of prominent Conference coorganizers, the Jubilee X Scientific conference on The occasion of The Day of The Faculty of Law tends to be the largest scientific legal conference in former Yugoslavia region, competing with dozens of juristical conferences organized by other faculties of law, institutes, governments and ministries, judicial institutions, associations of lawyers etc.

We hope that, this year, having implemented all regulatory conditions, the Conference will be classified and categorized as the highest rank – first category International scientific conference of special importance. This would make the Conference the best ranked in the country, and equal our Conference to only two other top ranked conferences, in the terms of all scientific conferences in all scientific fields. At the moment, the Conference is classified and categorized as a scientific conference of the first category, and therefore is the top ranked scientific conference in the field of social and humanistic sciences.
