Prof. dr Samir Aličić boravio je u periodu od 16. do 21. septembra 2025. godine na Univerzitetu "La Laguna" (Universidad de La Laguna). Profesor Aličić je održao seriju predavanja na teme iz rimskog i uporednog prava, sa posebnim akcentom na sličnosti i razlike između građanskog prava u Španiji i u zemljama bivše Jugoslavije, i na institute pravične cijene i laesio enormis u uporednopravnoj perspektivi. Takođe, bilo je riječi o mogućim oblicima saradnje između naše dvije institucije.
Univerzitet "La Laguna" sa sjedištem u gradu San Kristobal de la Laguna na ostrvu Tenerife je najstariji i najbolje rangirani univerzitet na Kanarskim ostrvima, sa tradicijom od preko tri vijeka. Po mnogim sistemima rangiranja univerziteta, u pitanju je i jedan od najprestižnijih univerziteta u Španiji. Univerzitet "La Laguna" bio je 2015. godine rangiran među prvih 500 univerziteta u svijetu, dok je po lajdenskoj listi prvi univerzitet u Španiji po obimu međunarodne saradnje.

Samir Aličić visited the University of La Laguna, Tenerife

Prof. Dr. Samir Aličić visited the University of La Laguna from 16 to 21 September 2025. Professor Aličić gave a series of lectures on topics from Roman and comparative law, with a special emphasis on the similarities and differences between civil law in Spain and the countries of the former Yugoslavia, and on the institutes of fair price and laesio enormis in a comparative legal perspective. Also, possible forms of cooperation between our two institutions were discussed. The University of La Laguna, located in the city of San Cristóbal de la Laguna on the island of Tenerife, is the oldest and best-ranked university in the Canary Islands, with a tradition of over three centuries. According to many university ranking systems, it is also one of the most prestigious universities in Spain. In 2015, the University of La Laguna was ranked among the top 500 universities in the world, while according to the Leiden University Rankings, it is the first university in Spain in terms of the volume of international cooperation.
